Note that we do not have public wifi, so it is recommended that you download your tickets in advance so that you have them ready upon arrival. For Will Call tickets, you will need to get in touch with Ticketmaster to change the name on the order, as ID matching the name on file must be shown by whoever is picking up the tickets. No additional step is required for hard tickets or print-at-home e-tickets. Yes, you are welcome to transfer your tickets if you’d like. The name on the ID must match the name on the order. Be prepared to provide government-issued photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
